ornithology and a bit of herpetology
Two Saturdays ago, we went on a guided birdwalk at a nearby County Park. I don't have a camera that works well for shooting birds unless I am right on the bird so I took photos of the watchers instead.
K has sharp eyes, in addition to spying so good bird sitings, she also spotted three snakes. Including this little hog-nosed snake.

Can we please come school with you? It's good to be back and peeking through your talented lens again. Actually it's good to be back looking through my amateurish lens again too for that matter! Pray all is well with you and your family... I have a lovely unanswered letter that moves forward through my bill pile so I won't forget to respond. Life looks like it's saying yes... finally.
Blessings, Debbie
